Q: Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome! However, calling ahead at (704) 762-9537 guarantees same-day service and helps us plan our workshop schedule. For emergency repairs, definitely call first.
Q: Can you fix an e-bike I purchased online?
We’re happy to take a look and provide an estimate, but due to the wide range of off-brand online e-bike models and parts, we cannot guarantee that every bike can be repaired.
Q: How often should I get my bike serviced?
It depends on how much you ride:
• Heavy use (100+ miles/week): Every 2-3 months
• Regular riding (20-50 miles/week): Every 3-6 months
• Casual riding: Annually
• Stored bikes: Before first ride of season
Q: Do you work on bikes bought online or from other shops?
Absolutely! We service all bikes regardless of where they were purchased. Many online bike buyers come to us for assembly, setup, and ongoing maintenance. Please note that online e-bikes can be difficult to repair due to the availability of parts. We will make every effort we can to fix/repair an online purchased e-bike, but we cannot guarantee that every bike can be repaired.

Q: Do you offer warranties on repairs?
Yes! We stand behind our work with a 30-day service guarantee. If something we adjusted or replaced isn’t working right, bring it back and we’ll make it right at no charge.
